Gateway Parks is a 540 acre master planned community in Forney, Texas that will host 1,850 single family homes at build out.  As the premier master-planned community in Forney, Gateway Parks has a very active HOA with a wide range of events, holiday celebrations, clubs and group activities designed to connect the community and create a fun, engaging lifestyle.  
 


Ways to partner with us:
 
• Event Sponsorship 
Local businesses have the opportunity to sponsor events taking place within the community with monetary or in-kind donations. Some examples of our events include holiday events, movie nights, family activities, adult only (18+) and youth activities. 
 
• Newsletter Advertising
The Gateway Gazette – A bi-weekly community news email bulletin sent to each of our residents. Space is limited to 4 advertisers per publication– First come first serve.

Event Sponsorship Packages

GATEWAY PARKS COMMUNITY SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES 
All packages are annual unless otherwise noted. Packages may be discussed and modified to best fit your business needs.
 
Level 1 Sponsor – $150
Includes:
  • (3) advertisement placements in the Gateway Gazette
  • (1) sponsor-submitted 15-second promotional video shared on the Community Facebook page
  • Company name and website link included in: Community Event Calendar & Facebook event promotions
  • Signage displayed at one sponsored or designated event
    *Event attendance limited to the sponsored event only.
 
Level 2 Sponsor – $300
Includes:
  • (5) advertisement placements in the Gateway Gazette
  • (2) sponsor-submitted 15-second promotional videos shared on the Community Facebook page
  • Company name and website link included in: Community Event Calendar & Facebook event promotions
  • Booth or table at one approved sponsored event 
 
Level 3 Sponsor – $500
Includes:
  • (8) advertisement placements in the Gateway Gazette
  • (4) sponsor-submitted 15-second promotional videos shared on the Community Facebook page
  • Company name and website link included in: Community Event Calendar & Facebook event promotions
  • Booth or table at up to two approved sponsored events
  • Annual marketing insert included in New Resident Welcome Packets
 
Level 4 – Title Sponsor – $1,000
Includes:
  • Unlimited advertisement placements in the Gateway Gazette for the year
  • (4) sponsor-submitted 15-second promotional videos shared on the Community Facebook page
  • Company name and website link included in: Community Event Calendar & Facebook event promotions
  • Booth or table at the title-sponsored event
  • Annual marketing insert included in New Resident Welcome Packets
  • Recognition as Title Sponsor in applicable event marketing
Title Sponsorships are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Important Sponsorship Guidelines (Applies to All Levels)
**Sponsors may only set up, market, or host a booth/table at events they are officially sponsoring.
Sponsors may not independently attend or market at community events without prior approval.
Event participation is subject to approval based on sponsorship level and event availability.
**Any video or promotional content must be provided by the sponsor and approved prior to posting.
**Title and premium placements are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
