Amenity Rental-Reservations
We are excited to offer amenity spaces to our residents for private rental. If you are interested in renting an amenity, please take a moment to review the Rental Policy & Agreement, then complete the request form by selecting an amenity/amenities below.
- Requests cannot be made more than 60 days in advance or less than 14 days prior to the event.
- Requests cannot be made more than 60 days in advance or less than 14 days prior to the event.
- Small Pavilion cannot be rented in conjunction with other amenities.
- Pool facilities are ONLY ACCESSIBLE to parties renting the Small Pavilion.
- Please wait for final approval and confirmation of fees, etc. before sending out invitations.
Rental Hours
Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
5 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Weekends (Saturday - Sunday)
AM - 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. OR
PM 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Rentable Amenities:
Event Room (inside amenity center) - Includes 4 Tables shown and 25 chairs (The TV is not available to rent.) *Please note that this is the ONLY rentable amenity that has access to restrooms.
Veranda (back of amenity center) - Includes any existing patio furniture. *Please note that renting this amenity by alone does not have access to restrooms. To have access to restrooms, you must rent the Event Room.
Event Lawn (under string lights) - Does not include any furniture. *Please note that renting this amenity by alone does not have access to restrooms. To have access to restrooms, you must rent the Event Room.
Small Pavilion (next to splash pool) - Includes 5 tables and 20 chairs; *Please note this amenity is only available for rent during pool season and does not give you exclusive access to the pool.
