chevron_rightHow can I get access cards for the pool and Amenity Center? If you have purchased a home from a builder, you will need to complete the Facility Use Agreement to receive your access cards.If you purchased a resale (from another owner), the previous owner may have left their access cards for you. You will still need to submit the Facility Use Agreement so that the cards may be transferred to your name as the current homeowner.

chevron_rightWhen is the pool open? Pool hours are currently 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. 7 days per week during pool season. This includes the gated pool area and pavilions.Playscape area is open year-round for use by residents of the community.POOL SEASON: May 15 - September 30 (subject to change).

chevron_rightHow many guests can I bring to the pool? Each household is entitled to host no more than four (4) guests at any time the pools are available, and the guests must be accompanied by the homeowner or current occupant at all times.

chevron_rightIs there space available in the Amenity Center to rent out for a birthday party or other event? Yes, there is an event room inside of the Amenity Center that will be available for homeowners of Gateway Parks to rent. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event, and no earlier than 60 days ahead of the event.Please visit our Rentals & Reservations page for more details.

chevron_rightDo I need to Register for events? If I don’t Register, does that mean I cannot attend? Event registration is necessary for the Lifestyle Director to properly plan and minimize waste of association funds.If you have not Registered for an event that you would like to attend, you can reach out to the Lifestyle Director (iwilliams@ccmcnet.com) to be added to the registration list or a wait list. Additions after registration closes are considered on a case by case basis and are dependent on the availability of supplies, space, etc.Please visit our Event Calendar to view events currently open for registration.

chevron_rightCan I pay my assessments online? Yes! To make an assessment payment online, please select the Pay Assessments option under the Resources tab on the homepage at mygatewayparks.com to be directed to the Alliance Bank online payment website. You have the option to pay with a credit card or an eCheck. You will also have the option of setting up recurring payments. Be sure to have your account number and amount due handy.

chevron_rightI have not received my assessment statement. Who can I contact to receive a copy? If you have not received your statement in the mail by the due date, your Community Manager can help by providing you with your current account balance and payment options. To receive a copy of your statement, please contact CCMC’s corporate accounting office at 888-257-1388 or the on-site team at 469-602-5175.

chevron_rightWhen are assessments due and how much are they? Assessments at Gateway Parks are currently set at $225 due on a quarterly basis; every January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Yes, all exterior modifications, additions, replacements, and changes to the exterior of the home that can be seen from any public location requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee in order to assure the change is in keeping with the community’s rules and regulations while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the community.You can submit your Modification Request on the Gateway Parks Association website and attach a marked plot plan indicating the location of the improvement, as well as sample photos. chevron_rightWhere can I store my trash cans on non-trash pickup days? All trash containers must be stored out of view on non-trash pickup days. Acceptable locations for storing trash containers include the backyard, the garage, or behind ACC-approved screening (such as fencing or landscape). If you would like to have screening installed, please contact the Community Manager for information on how to submit to the ACC.

chevron_rightWho are the current members of the Board of Directors for Gateway Parks? While the community is under Declarant control, representatives for the Developer (Ashton Woods) act as the Board of Directors. Once the community reaches 75% buildout, then the transition will begin to a homeowner Board until the Developer exits the community.

chevron_rightWho can I contact regarding parking and traffic violations? Since the streets in Gateway Parks are public, the Association is unable to enforce parking or traffic violations. Please contact the Forney Police Department to report any issues you notice regarding these items at 972-564-7600.
