HOW DO I GET AMENITY ACCESS?
STEP 1: Register for web access by following the "Register" link at the top of the page. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation with password info.
*Please allow 48-72 business hours for access to be approved. An email communication will be sent to the email address on file when amenity fobs are ready for pick-up. Only two amenity fobs will be given per household. Replacement fobs are $25, if ever lost or stolen, payable only by money order or check to Gateway Parks HOA.
New homeowners are highly encouraged to download the Welcome Toolkit and attend a virtual HOA 101 meeting before obtaining access cards. Registration for HOA 101 can be found here. (Please note you must be logged into the website for all community events to show.)
