Amenity Access

To obtain access to Gateway Parks amenities please follow the steps provided for you. (Please note that increased volume may result in longer processing times for both Amenity Fobs and E-Passes.)

Step 1: All residents need to submit a facility use agreement before obtaining amenity fobs. Only 2 fobs will be issued per property. If your fobs have been lost or stolen, there will be a $25.00 replacement fee for each fob.

Step 2: All residents and their guest will require to have an E-Pass to check in at the pool. Each household is allowed to bring up to 4 guest per day. To obtain you E-Pass please click on the link. This will take you to Access Granted Systems to create your account. Please note all E-Passes will expire in December. You will need to request new passes every year.
