The recumbent bike needs additional unexpected repairs - the brake idler needs to be replaced. This part has been ordered and will be replaced as soon as possible. Please refrain from using the bike at this time. 

New parts for the treadmill have also been ordered. We hope to get all repairs scheduled within the next 2 weeks. We thank you for your patience while we work on these equipment repairs.

 

The timer mechanism for the string lights has been replaced. 

 

Our vendor will be out today to repair the recumbent bike. We have also ordered new parts for one of the treadmills. We hope to get that repaired in the next couple of weeks as well. The treadmill can still be used in the meantime. 

To ensure proper deep cleaning of our fitness center, we plan on closing the space for several hours once a quarter. We will be sharing a tentative schedule with the community and will provide proper notice prior to each cleaning.

The timer for our string lights over the lawn is no longer functioning so we have scheduled an electrician to come out and replace the timer box.

The approved assessment rate for 2024 is $225 per quarter. Payments are due on the 1st of every quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). If you are on autopay through Alliance Bank, your quarterly amount will update automatically. If you have any questions regarding making a payment, please reach out to us.

 

Our vendor is still waiting to receive the part needed to repair the recumbent bike closest to the entrance door. We thank you for your patience. 

 

Please use caution when walking on the sidewalk located on Deerpath Dr. and adjacent to the retention area. We have placed cones and signs preventing anyone from walking in that specific area as we noticed erosion under the sidewalk. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible.
