LANDSCAPING UPDATE
We continue to work with our insurance company on finalizing the assessment of landscape damage and replacement costs due to the winter storm. We should reach a resolution soon and begin that work promptly.
FITNESS CENTER NEWS
Please review the updated fitness center guidelines as they have changed. Children under the age of 13 are no longer permitted in the fitness center.
As a reminder, the fitness center can only be accessed through the double doors on the Veranda using your key card.
